We understand how critical health and safety is for our people, our clients and our projects. RDM employees are trained to report any near miss accidents and to proactively identify potential risks.
Working to the highest industry standards, we can operate as principal contractor under the Construction, Design and Management (CDM) regulations.
Our award-winning systems integrate with our clients’ own internal systems and RDM has been awarded a ‘Gold-Band’ status as a Direct Service Provider (DSP) to the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO).
The majority of our work is delivered by ‘in-house’ teams but all subcontractors employed by us are monitored under our stringent controls and undergo internal health and safety assessments prior to being engaged as part of our supply chain.
