RDM Electrical Services Ltd won the work for refurbishing the interior of the Church in competition.
They put considerable time and effort into understanding the project and the building prior to submitting their tender which was the lowest of those received. After instruction they similarly put a great deal of time and effort into preparation prior to start on site, which resulted in them being able to complete both phases 1 and 2 of the works on programme and within budget (subject to legitimate variations.)
The quality of the finished work is high and their methods of working allowed flexibility for the client to use some areas of the Church during the project as required. We felt they were fully committed to the project, working well as a team with ourselves, the client and others.
On the basis of this experience with them, we have put them forward for tendering on future projects.
