As the chosen Principal Contractor, we are proud to be at the forefront of several transformative projects that will enhance the learning environments of local schools over the summer break, in order for them to be finished by the time students and educators return for the Autumn term.

Blaenymaes Primary School electrical rewire (Phase 2)

Continuing our commitment to providing safe and efficient electrical systems, we are thrilled to announce our involvement in Phase 2 of the Blaenymaes Primary School Electrical rewire project. Through meticulous planning and expert execution, we are not only ensuring the seamless replacement of existing electrical components but also contributing to the overall safety and functionality of the school's infrastructure.

Pontarddulais Comprehensive School electrical rewire (Phase 5)

Education is the cornerstone of progress, and we are honoured to be part of Phase 5 of the Pontarddulais Comprehensive School Electrical Rewire. Our dedicated team is working diligently to update and modernise the school's electrical systems, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for both students and teachers.

Plasmarl Primary School and Morriston Primary School heating system refurbishments (Phase 1)

Studies show that temperature comfort is essential for effective learning, and we're thrilled to be leading Phase 1 of both the Plasmarl and Morriston Primary Schools’ heating system refurbishments. Over the school holiday period, we're tackling every aspect of these projects, from decommissioning and removal of outdated systems to the installation, commissioning, and testing of cutting-edge low-temperature hot water (LTHW) heating systems.

Our dedication to these projects extends beyond their technical aspects. We understand the critical role these schools play in shaping the future of our community. That's why we're working tirelessly to complete all the necessary tasks and hand back each facility to Swansea Council in pristine condition, including all making-good and redecoration works, ready to welcome students back for an exciting new term.
