We extend our sincerest appreciation to the SDA20 Bicester & SDA21 Oxfordshire teams for two years of dedicated work. Their dedication and performance, since the commencement of the FDIS contract in April 2022, have truly been exemplary, and we thank them for their efforts.

Over this time, the teams have been responsible for the delivery of critical support services across the entire estate. Operating within a landscape defined by aging infrastructure and increasingly demanding customers, they have navigated challenges with resilience and determination.

Despite many complexities and the necessity to often work beyond standard hours, the teams have consistently risen to the occasion. Their commitment to excellence has been evident in their proactive approach and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the continual operation of station facilities.

Their dedication has played a pivotal role in maintaining output levels and minimising disruptions to operations and personnel, thereby safeguarding the readiness of RAF High Wycombe. Moreover, their flexibility and responsiveness have fostered a strong partnership built on trust and mutual respect across the entire estate.

Even in the face of adversity, the team has demonstrated remarkable grit, determination, and good humour, and their professionalism and commitment have upheld the RDM banner with pride.
